This will allow the manufacturer to regain tighter control over a troubled supply chain, especially at the manufacturing line for the airline&#8217;s Boeing 737 family. This will simplify the operator&#8217;s accountability. Spirit AeroSystems shareholders will receive Boeing stock, not cash, through this transaction.
