As seen on Dragons\u2019 Den, ivee was founded by sisters Amelia and Lydia Miller after seeing their mum struggle to re-enter the workforce.<\/p>\n

The platform vets employers to guarantee all advertised jobs are flexible, supportive, and inclusive, connecting skilled candidates with forward-thinking businesses that value experience.<\/p>\n

Together, TPE and ivee are helping more people find their way back into meaningful, flexible careers.<\/p>\n

The operator\u2019s flexible approach helps attract more women into the industry, and today 22% of TPE\u2019s engineering team are women \u2014 above the UK average of 16.5%.<\/p>\n

TPE continues to welcome people from all walks of life, from ex-military and teachers to career changers, offering roles that fit different lifestyles and ambitions.<\/p>\n
