T\u00f3th\u2019s five-year term as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors ends on 31 October 2025. The current board members will take over management tasks until a new chairman has been found.<\/strong><br \/>\n<span id=\"more-66517\"><\/span>\u201cAt the end of my five-year term, I have decided to resign from my position as Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of \u010cD Cargo\u201d, Tom\u00e1\u0161 T\u00f3th stated. \u201cI am resigning for serious personal reasons, as I am no longer able to devote the same amount of attention and time to \u010cD Cargo as I have done until now. I would like to thank all our business partners and colleagues for their cooperation. The company is now stable and has taken further restructuring steps to ensure its long-term prosperity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>T\u00f3th began his career at \u010cD Cargo in 2007, after which he worked his way up to Director of Economics and Executive Director positions.
