Loop<\/a> and adding the Metro Tunnel 2 between Newport and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vibewire.com.au\/?tag=clifton-hill\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Clifton Hill\">Clifton Hill<\/a> and
