NASA\u2019s IMAP<\/a> (Interstellar Mapping and Acceleration Probe), the agency\u2019s Carruthers Geocorona Observatory<\/a>, and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration\u2019s (NOAA) Space Weather Follow On\u2013Lagrange 1<\/a> (SWFO-L1) spacecraft will each focus on different effects of the solar wind \u2013 the continuous stream of particles emitted by the Sun \u2013 and space weather \u2013 the changing conditions in space driven by the Sun \u2013 from their origins at the Sun to their farthest reaches billions of miles away at the edge of our solar system.<\/p>\n
