strategy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Along with other key port and freight organisations, the VFF has been appointed to the Department of Transport and Planning\u2019s Industry Stakeholder Reference Group.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Membership of the reference group includes:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Australian Logistics Council<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Australian Peak Shippers Association\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Australasian Railway Association<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cement Concrete and Aggregates Australia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Freight &amp; Trade Alliance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Linfox<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Port of Melbourne Corporation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Victorian Transport Association<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The group had its first meeting yesterday, 25 March 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The reference group has the primary goal to progress the updating of the 2018 Victorian Freight Plan: Delivering the Goods providing the future development of Victoria\u2019s freight system with the broader focus to support the liveability and prosperity of all Victorians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The VFF will work to see that the plan highlights key issues that matter to Victoria\u2019s agricultural industry.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new plan is expected to be published within the next 12 months and VFF members are encouraged to get in touch with the VFF Policy &amp;
