Picture: Supplied<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emergency services were called after reports the child had been struck by the truck at the corner of Browns Plains Rd and Webber Drive in Browns Plains, Logan, at 8.30am on Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said Evelyn had suffered serious head injuries before being rushed to hospital in a critical condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s understood the little girl was being pushed in a stroller by her mother as they crossed the road at the time of the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A GoFundMe has since been launched in an effort to support Evelyn and her family during this \u201cmost traumatic ordeal\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vibewire.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-8.jpeg\" alt=\"Evelyn was struck by the truck in Logan on Thursday.
