I wrote recently about judges in Australia being immune from accountability<\/a> for their decisions. Here is yet another case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is Michael Allen, a judge in the NSW Magistrates Court. In January, he chose to unleash a violent Aboriginal predator (yes, his race matters) with a history of assaults, stalking, and endless AVO breaches back onto the streets. Why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because prison, in the judge’s woke and warped worldview, was too “trauma-inducing” for this predator because of “cultural considerations.” Two months later, that same predator murdered an innocent 19-year-old girl<\/a>, Audrey Griffin. He dumped Audrey’s dead body in a nearby creek.<\/p>\n\n\n

The killer was arrested and a few days later, found dead in his jail cell.. he had taken the coward’s way out. No trial. No justice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

NSW Corrective Services issued condolences to “Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people affected,” as if the average Aboriginal person was supposed to be upset that the murderer killed himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the judge? Faced nothing. No questions. No accountability. No consequences. Nothing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He sits on the bench today like a smug little king while Audrey rots in the ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the result of a woke judiciary where the feelings of violent thugs are more important than the lives of innocent people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
