It is a must have for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vibewire.com.au\/?tag=melbourne\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Melbourne<\/a> less so for Victoria.  Whilst you are there <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vibewire.com.au\/?tag=jacinta-allan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Jacinta Allan<\/a>, please ensure you raise enough money to complete the project entirely and hand over the reins to the Chinese for the design as Victoria does not have a clue how to build rail services anymore.  The Chinese are highly skilled at this and the best in the business I believe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vibewire.com.au\/?p=89113\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"The Suburban Rail Loop ranked above North East Link and on par with Metro Tunnel\">Public polling rates the project higher than the roads projects<\/a> we are investment $billions more in to only cause serious congestion.  Metro rail is the only way forward for Melbourne, as has been the case for other international cities such as ours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lets also look at how the chinese or the Japanese can build a much needed fast rail service between Melbourne and Sydney via Canberra.
