Unsurprisingly, the list is headed by the four major US carriers: <span class=\"display-card-hyperlink display-card-hyperlink-no-vignette\" data-id=\"128657\"style=\";  ;\" class=\"display-card-hyperlink display-card-hyperlink-no-vignette\"><span>United Airlines<\/span><\/span>, Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, and Southwest Airlines.
