Terence McCarthy<\/a> took some wonderful shots of this important railway station in Melbourne’s inner west. The station has developed over the period since construction and with the introduction of the RRL Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo trains now bypass the station. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new Arden Station does not have a direct connection to North Melbourne Railway Station but it could certainly have been designed and build as a tunnel later connecting other buildings in the Arden Precinct. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Geelong trains should form a part of Metro Tunnel 2 connecting via Newport and into the City and out the North East even connecting with the second stage of the SRL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
