The Hurstbridge railway line (already closed for 2 months this year) is collateral damage and another by product of a failed transport policy,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only recently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vibewire.com.au\/?p=252645\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"North East Link road project turns Melbourne creek smurf blue\">toxic chemicals from the site have been seen in creeks<\/a> damaging the environment.
