trains, and constructing a purpose-built&nbsp;maintenancefacility in Dubbo, named \u2018Mindyarra\u2019 that will support the new&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.transport.nsw.gov.au\/projects\/current-projects\/regional-rail\">Regional Rail fleet<\/a>and stimulate the regional economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With an estimated 200 jobs required during construction and 50 ongoing roles during maintenance, the project provides opportunities for long term employment and skills development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Major work to build the Mindyarra Maintenance Centre in Dubbo has been completed, with some&nbsp;minor&nbsp; work&nbsp;to continue in early 2024, including installation of
