Dr Steven Greer, is a retired emergency physician \u2013 MD, researcher, prolific author, and accomplished documentary filmmaker. He is also founded The Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI), and Sirius Technology Advanced Research, to focus on the development of a peaceful relationship with extraterrestrial intelligence<\/p>\n

Dr Greer has written five books and has produced the same number of feature film documentaries that have been viewed by nearly a billion people.
