We have got to start again,\u201d Mathieson told&nbsp;<em>The Age.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said 21-year-old Ollie Hollands was a good player but not an elite player while No.3 pick from last year\u2019s national draft Jagga Smith has been sidelined with a knee injury.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theage.com.au\/link\/follow-20170101-p5m84x\">The injured Sam Walsh turns 25 next week.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe have not got one good player under 25, other than Ollie Hollands and is he an A-grader?
