stations in order for the tunnel to open in time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Metro Tunnel Project executive project director Ben Ryan told Jacqui Felgate, two of the stations were always intended to finish later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cState Library and Town Hall were always planned to take a bit longer, because they\u2019re a bit more complex to
