Te Huia is not currently there, in his eyes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPublic transport works when you\u2019ve got a good density of population, and a really good alternative solution,\u201d Luxon said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo if it\u2019s not better than a car then that\u2019s not great.
