The results from our review provided industry with a clear action to make sure these savings are reflected in the refund fee, and we are pleased that the rule change will mean a fairer deal for passengers.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field__item\">\n<div class=\"paragraph paragraph--type--text paragraph--view-mode--default\">\n<div class=\"clearfix text-formatted field field--name-field-text field--type-text-long field--label-hidden field__item\">\n<h2>Notes to editors<\/h2>\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.orr.gov.uk\/sites\/default\/files\/2022-02\/2022-02-16-admin-fees-findings-report.pdf\">Administration fees in the National Rail Conditions of Travel report \u2013 February 2022<\/a><\/li>\n<li>In applying administration fees for refunds, retailers must comply with:\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>The National Rail Conditions of Travel (NRCOT), a schedule of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.raildeliverygroup.com\/our-services\/retail-commercial\/rdg-accreditation\/ticketing-settlement.html\">Ticketing and Settlement Agreement (TSA),<\/a>\u00a0which sets out the agreement between the passenger and the train operator.
