The company is now in talks with multiple American railway companies, including Class I and Shortline railroads.<\/strong><br \/>\n<span id=\"more-62894\"><\/span>The recent moves with Spark TS and RailCube North America gives the company a direct presence in North America, allowing U.S. railroads to contract without going through Europe. \u201cHaving a U.S. entity makes it easier for American operators to work with us,\u201d Jakob Borsdorf, Head of Sales at RailCube, said.<\/p>\n<h2>Talks with Class I and shortline operators<\/h2>\n<p>RailCube is in active discussions with several Class I and Class II freight railroads, as well as holding companies that own several shortline railroads. Some are existing Spark TS clients, while others are newly engaged since the acquisition. Though company names remain under wraps, RailCube expects formal contracts to follow soon, Borsdorf explained.<\/p>\n<h2>Tailored platform<\/h2>\n<p>To support the rollout, RailCube has adapted its platform for North American terminology, compliance, and operational workflows. \u201cThe system is fully ready for deployment in both the U.S. and Canada,\u201d Borsdorf said. RailCube sees strong potential in a market where many operators still rely on outdated systems.
