Polish logistics company Rohlig SUUS has opened a subsidiary in Ukraine. The company \u201crecognises the growing economic significance of the country\u201d, prompting its move to establish a daughter company. Rohlig SUUS Logistics has offered its services for many years already in Ukraine.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“The subsidiary in Ukraine is a strategic investment in our international expansion. By entering another market, we continue our geographical diversification approach while consistently building our position as a leading logistics operator in the CEECA region \u2013 Central Eastern Europe and Central Asia\u201d, said Piotr Iwo Chmielewski, CEO of the company.<\/p>\n

The establishment of the subsidiary comes after Rohlig SUUS Logistics saw broad interest in Ukraine all across the plant. “In light of the changing global situation and the great potential for rebuilding the devastated economy, we are seeing increasing interest in this market \u2014 from investors in Poland, as well as across Western Europe, Asia, and the United States\u201d, explained Chmielewski.<\/p>\n

Rohlig SUUS Logistics will be offering \u201ca broad range of logistics services, including road, rail, air, and sea transport, intermodal solutions, and customs clearance\u201d at its new location in Ukraine.<\/p>\n

The company adds that it has extensive experience in helping to expand customers\u2019 operations in the country. It offers road transport connections from Rzesz\u00f3w, Poland, and offers rail and intermodal transportation.<\/p>\n

Rohlig SUUS Logistics<\/h2>\n

In terms of rail freight, Rohlig SUUS specialises in FCL, LCL, and conventional transport across Asia and Europe. The company handles container and wagon transport, as well as oversized freight. Moreover, it has intermodal connection to European ports and offers customs services. It is present in eight countries: Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Hungary, and Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n

Rohlig SUUS is the second foreign logistics business move into Ukraine in relatively short succession. Last week, MSC announced that it acquired various terminal around the country through its subsidiary Medlog.<\/p>\n
