Rolling on from the outages and service issues on the Ballarat Line yesterday<\/a> to which some have called a deliberate act of delaying people from regional centres access to the Emergency Tax protests<\/a> in Melbourne, the Ballarat Line has collapsed again today with signalling failures and massive delays.<\/p>\n\n\n
