20\/5\/2025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">outages and service issues on the Ballarat Line yesterday<\/a> to which some have called a <a href=\"http:\/\/Did the government delay V\/Line trains into the city from regions today?\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">deliberate act of delaying people from regional centres access to the Emergency Tax protests<\/a> in Melbourne, the Ballarat Line has collapsed again today with signalling failures and massive delays.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img
