November marks 28 years since the world's deadliest midair collision occurred over India. The Indian village of Charkhi Dadri witnessed a midair collision in its skies. The crash occurred when a Saudi Arabian Airlines Boeing 747-100 en route from Delhi to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, collided with a Kazakhstan Airlines Ilyushin Il-76TD flying from Shymkent, Kazakhstan, to Delhi, India.
