Sarah Breskman Cosme has worked with over a thousand clients using Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy (QHHT) to help them in healing various illnesses and diseases by recalling past lives. She has found that many clients brought under hypnosis recall having had contact with, or living as, extraterrestrials in their past lives. These extraterrestrials range from human-looking to non-human looking Grays or Reptilians.<\/p>\n

According to Breskman, the Grays she has communicated with through the Higher Self of clients are highly evolved beings, which she describes as \u201cAscended Grays\u201d. She says these are very different from Grays\u2019 performing abductions involving genetic experiments and hybridization programs. Breskman says that she has not yet encountered the negative Grays performing these abductions in her QHHT sessions, as her sessions always begin by connecting with a person\u2019s higher self, which precludes contact with negative beings involved in deception and manipulation. Breskman says she does not support the agenda of negative Grays.<\/p>\n
