The attack comes mere hours after Russian president Vladimir Putin made a promise to US president Trump, saying that Russia would not attack Ukrainian energy facilities for 30 days. Energy infrastructure elsewhere in the country also fell victim to aerial attacks.<\/strong><br \/>\n<span id=\"more-60803\"><\/span>The attack on Ukrainian Railways infrastructure took place in the Dnipro region in central Ukraine. The rail operator says that trains are still running on schedule despite electricity outages on some sections.<\/p>\n<p>Russia did not limit its attack to just a single strike. \u201cWhile the aftermath was being dealt with, the enemy launched a second strike. Fortunately, there were no casualties\u201d, writes Ukrainian Railways on LinkedIn.<\/p>\n<div class=\"embed-container\" style=\"box-sizing:border-box;height:0;overflow:hidden;padding-bottom:56.25%;position:relative;width:100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"embed-content\" style=\"bottom:0;height:100%;left:0;position:absolute;right:0;top:0;width:100%;\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/embed\/feed\/update\/urn:li:ugcPost:7308015829814542336?compact=1\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen scrolling=\"no\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; fullscreen; gyroscope\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<h2>Other places in Ukraine also under attack<\/h2>\n<p>Moreover, energy infrastructure in Slovyansk in eastern Ukraine became the target of an attack. As a result, parts of the city lost power.
