A car has landed on train tracks at Waterfall, in Sydney<\/a>\u2019s south, after a three-vehicle crash on the Princes Hwy about 6.10am on Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are fears not all of the seven people who NSW<\/a> Ambulance said were injured in the crash have survived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Southbound lanes of the highway have been closed, causing traffic delays for commuters as emergency services rushed to the scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The impact of the crash sent one of the three cars involved through a fence before it landed on the railway tracks, NSW Police said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Six men, between the ages of 18 to mid-30s, have been hospitalised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two of the men were taken to Liverpool Hospital, one by road ambulance and one by helicopter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another two of the men were taken to St George Hospital, and another two were taken to Wollongong Hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Details of a seventh patient are at this stage unknown.<\/p>\n\n\n
