Serhiy Melnyk said on Thursday the country will reduce the             <span class=\"display-card-hyperlink display-card-hyperlink-no-vignette\" data-id=\"58722\"style=\";  ;\" class=\"display-card-hyperlink display-card-hyperlink-no-vignette\"><a href=\"https:\/\/simpleflying.com\/tag\/f-16\/\"  >F-16<\/a><\/span> pilot training program.             <span class=\"display-card-hyperlink display-card-hyperlink-no-vignette\" data-id=\"52383\"style=\";  ;\" class=\"display-card-hyperlink display-card-hyperlink-no-vignette\"><a href=\"https:\/\/simpleflying.com\/tag\/ukraine\/\"  >Ukraine<\/a><\/span> will shave three months off the scheduled training period in order to get its pilots flying their new aircraft sooner.         <span class=\"display-card-hyperlink-article\" data-id=\"2031822\"><a href=\"https:\/\/simpleflying.com\/us-military-officials-ukrainian-f-16-downing-probably-not-friendly-fire\/\" >Ukraine lost its first F-16 as it was intercepting missiles<\/a><\/span> and drones over Ukraine. It is unclear what brought it down, although one suggestion was that it collided with a slow-flying drone.
