Dr Chris Hale told Shane McInnes, Melbourne\u2019s system is only four or five years behind world-leading cities such as London and Singapore, while Sydney has invested hundreds of billions into their Opal system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIt\u2019s a discussion we could have that can\u2019t be absent of the cost that these high-end, sophisticated systems,\u201d he
