The findings lay the blame on inadequate planning and it builds on         <span class=\"display-card-hyperlink-article\" data-id=\"2008375\"><a href=\"https:\/\/simpleflying.com\/preliminary-ntsb-report-dallas-crash\/\" >the preliminary report published by the NTSB in November 2022<\/a><\/span>. The         <span class=\"display-card-hyperlink-article\" data-id=\"2007769\"><a href=\"https:\/\/simpleflying.com\/mid-air-collision-dallas\/\" >mid-air collision of a B-17 Flying Fortress and a Bell P-63 Kingcrobra<\/a><\/span> at the air show claimed six lives.
