The curtains are beginning to close for the A-10 Thunderbolt II (aka Warthog). The United States Air Force<\/a><\/span> is set to retire 56 in fiscal year 2025 (around 20% of the remaining inventory)<\/a><\/span>, reducing the number of A-10s in active service to around 200.
