Cost savings to go wage increases. This will mean redundancies for NSW TrainLink positions that won\u2019t be transferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some have suggested:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The whole bloody thing should be outsourced and contracted to a private provider, who should also be given the freedom to bring in non-union contract labour if required. That&#8217;s the only way to break the stranglehold of the RTBU.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I guess time to reveal what really happens with the NSW Regional
