Cost savings to go wage increases. This will mean redundancies for NSW TrainLink positions that won\u2019t be transferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some have suggested:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The whole bloody thing should be outsourced and contracted to a private provider, who should also be given the freedom to bring in non-union contract labour if required.
