Allegedly, multiple players on the basketball team began fighting shortly after taking off. The fight caused a disturbance in the cabin, forcing the pilots to turn the aircraft around and land back in Auburn, <a href=\"https:\/\/simpleflying.com\/tag\/alabama\/\" >Alabama<\/a>, after just 40 minutes of flight time. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/mens-college-basketball\/story\/_\/id\/42277230\/auburn-men-basketball-team-flight-forced-turn-back\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" >ESPN<\/a>, the flight was grounded because of a &#8220;scuffle&#8221; involving two Auburn Tiger basketball players. However, the fight was broken up before it became anything serious.
