Almost every Western fighter jet has at least some British DNA – and nowhere is that more apparent than with ejection seats<\/span><\/span>. Martin Baker has been making ejection seats since the earliest days, and today, it is one of only two Western companies making ejection seats for fighter jets<\/a><\/span> (the other being Collins Aerospace). The top competitor for Martin-Baker’s seats is Collins Aerospace’s ACES 5 ejection seat<\/a><\/span>.
