India wants to sustain its considerable Su-30MKI fleet for years to come, but it doesn&#8217;t necessarily want to buy new Su-30s. In recent years,         <span class=\"display-card-hyperlink-article\" data-id=\"2030536\"><a href=\"https:\/\/simpleflying.com\/how-many-fighter-jets-does-india-produce\/\" >India has focused on domestic production (like the lightweight Tejas fighter)<\/a><\/span> and has purchased French Rafale jets. But for now, India struggles to design and build advanced multi-role             <span class=\"display-card-hyperlink display-card-hyperlink-no-vignette\" data-id=\"58724\"style=\";  ;\" class=\"display-card-hyperlink display-card-hyperlink-no-vignette\"><a href=\"https:\/\/simpleflying.com\/tag\/fighter-jets\/\"  >fighter jets<\/a><\/span> by itself.
