Man would continue flying and even adding engines to             <span class=\"display-card-hyperlink display-card-hyperlink-no-vignette\" data-id=\"277183\"style=\";  ;\" class=\"display-card-hyperlink display-card-hyperlink-no-vignette\"><a href=\"https:\/\/simpleflying.com\/tag\/balloon\/\"  >balloons<\/a><\/span> through the 19th century. Man first flew (or floated) 120 years before the         <span class=\"display-card-hyperlink-article\" data-id=\"2021857\"><a href=\"https:\/\/simpleflying.com\/wright-brothers-120-years-first-powered-flight\/\" >Wright Brothers&#8217; first manned, heavier-than-air, powered, sustained flight in 1903<\/a><\/span>.
