The office of the citys attorney <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oaklandcityattorney.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Complaint-City-of-Oakland-v.-Southwest-Airlines.pdf\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" >reports<\/a> that the reason behind the lawsuit is because the low-cost carrier has been violating the citys minimum wage and sick leave-related regulations.
