Starbucks recently made the offer letter public, via a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/829224\/000119312524200724\/d848513dex101.htm\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" >Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)<\/a> filing, late last week. This filing reported that Niccol will receive a base salary of $1.6 million, an annual cash bonus that ranges from $3.6 million to $7.2 million, and the ability to cash in on annual equity awards that can total up to $23 million.
