Powered entirely by solar energy, with additional features such as rainwater harvesting and grey water recycling, this unit minimises carbon footprint and running costs while maximising efficiency. Our dedication to green energy solutions ensures a clean, silent, and environmentally friendly experience for users.<\/p>\n

This towable ECO unit allows easy site access and setup without any requirement for HGVs or site access plans, optimising transport cost and carbon reductions. The unique, retractable drawbar reduces footprint onsite for optimal HSE compliance with a tough anti-vandal steel construction ensuring a safe and secure installation.<\/p>\n

Since its launch, the ECOWC2 unit has garnered positive reviews from Network Rail works delivery teams across the country. One team in Croydon shared their experience, praising the unit for its cleanliness, practicality, and privacy features. The spacious design and large waste tank capacity received standout acclaim, highlighting the unit\u2019s superiority over traditional portaloo facilities:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe new ECOWC2 toilet blocks utilised in week 14 were excellent, a huge upgrade and far superior to the previous portaloo\u2019s we have used previously. They were extremely spacious, very clean and practical. They were utilised both for the welfare side as well as a changing area for many staff who usually turn up to site and get change by their vehicles.<\/p>\n

For our female colleagues, this was far more adequate as it allowed a lot more privacy. We had two on site, where one was allocated as a female toilet \u2013 this was a massive added bonus. With the size of the holding tank, these were only pumped out at the very end of the weekend, which is a big plus, saving on service costs as well as time allocated with staff to oversee the servicing.<\/p>\n

They didn\u2019t take up too much floor space and could be used in tight access areas. Overall, these units were fantastic and somewhat extremely impressive. We were so impressed with these, we now have cancelled the portaloo\u2019s to utilise the ECOWC2 units and are in fact using these this weekend.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bigger, better, greener<\/strong><\/p>\n

These units are already replacing the standard portaloo (thunderbox) units out on many construction sites, and it\u2019s easy to see why. They provide a much more hygienic, bigger, better facility, that runs on green energy, meaning they combine energy savings and comfort.<\/p>\n
