On August 13, Alex Wagner, the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, Chief Master Sgt. of the Space Force John Bentivegna, and Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force David Flosi met and hosted a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.af.mil\/News\/Article-Display\/Article\/3875211\/daf-senior-leaders-discuss-quality-of-life-modernizing-forces\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" >fireside chat<\/a> about increasing the wellbeing of Airmen and Guardians in the two services. Quality of life is always fundamental for any organization its ability to recruit, retain, and function effectively.
