This flight had departed from Portland, Oregon (PDX), en route to                                     <span class=\"display-card-hyperlink display-card-hyperlink-no-vignette\" data-id=\"258650\"style=\";  ;\" class=\"display-card-hyperlink display-card-hyperlink-no-vignette\"><a href=\"https:\/\/simpleflying.com\/tag\/ontario-international-airport\/\"  >Ontario International Airport<\/a><\/span>                                        , California (ONT), and saw the emergency exit door blow out, causing an unexpected, uncontrolled aircraft decompression.
